Kultursommer Starnberg 2026 - Fruchtiger Beigeschmack
In the organizer's words:
Der Fruchtiger Beigeschmack is a German-language indie jazz band from Munich.
Their music combines indie songwriting with jazz influences and places a special focus on German-language lyrics that blend personal experiences with social and political themes.
Live, the trio regularly expands its lineup; in addition to the core members, piano, bass, trumpet, and saxophone are often featured on stage. Over the past year, the band has played numerous concerts and discovered the stage as the central venue for their musical expression.
With the single “ich hör’ mich nicht,” released on March 13, 2026, Fruchtiger Beigeschmack showcases their sound with a newfound clarity. The song explores life in the city. Noise, chaos, and anonymity drown out the protagonist’s dark thoughts. As a result, the protagonist cannot “hear” herself and falls into a state of apathy.
In case of bad weather, the event will take place in the Schlossberghalle.
Free admission.
Kulturbühne
Small but mighty! The Kulturbühne in Bucentaur Park primarily supports newcomers and experimental artists from the cabaret and jazz scenes. In a relaxed atmosphere, the audience can let themselves be surprised by the music and discover exciting artists while enjoying drinks and good food.
Free admission to the concerts.
The outdoor café—the “Bucentaur Kulturcafé”—treats visitors to a wide selection of hot and cold delicacies during opening hours.
