With virtuoso vocals and versatility on guitar, ukulele, harmonica, washboard, and a suitcase full of jingling trinkets: Ruth and Hans von Chelius, together with Julia von Miller, bring the euphoric spirit of the ’60s and ’70s back to life. A Flower Power retro frenzy that’s as rousing as it is blissful and utterly humorous, transporting you to a more colorful and loving version of this world. 

The trio’s galactic solo voices blend in harmony to form a magical force field. With timeless arrangements of legendary songs, they float weightlessly through the musical expanses of this visionary era, beaming their way into your hearts and inspiring you to sing along, hum along, and laugh along! 

In their sound, you can directly sense the wild insatiability of the Stones, the Far Eastern-inspired spirituality of the Beatles, Joni Mitchell’s delicate, feminine wisdom, and Bob Marley’s powerful message of love and freedom. Here, Bowie and the “Children of the Revolution” meet in a commune on the “Streets of San Francisco,” while Pink Floyd chills to the sounds of ukuleles on Hawaiian beaches. Intoxicated by free love, Johnny Cash tears through Led Zeppelin’s “Whole Lotta Love” and melts into an oriental ecstasy in “Kashmir.”

Small but mighty! The Kulturbühne in Bucentaur Park primarily supports newcomers and experimental artists from the cabaret and jazz scenes. In a relaxed atmosphere, the audience can enjoy musical surprises and discover exciting artists while sipping drinks and savoring good food.
