Kultursommer Starnberg 2026 - Glanz&Gloria

Glanz&Gloria—that’s Lower Bavarian chic. The band has been performing in its current lineup since early 2022, blending modern sounds with familiar melodies. Their songs tell stories—sometimes in Standard German, sometimes in dialect, sometimes humorous, sometimes critical.
Glanz&Gloria makes music that touches, moves, and sticks with you—somewhere between sassy indie and sophisticated mainstream. It’s like a tavern meets Monaco. And it sounds exactly as it should. In other words: The band’s vocals hover somewhere between slurring and dialect.

Small but mighty! The Kulturbühne in Bucentaur Park primarily supports newcomers and experimental artists from the cabaret scene and the jazz world. In a relaxed atmosphere, the audience can let themselves be musically surprised and discover exciting artists while enjoying drinks and good food.
