Kultursommer Starnberg 2026 - Frühschoppen zur Eröffnung
In the organizer's words:
The Starnberg Local History and Folk Costume Association is especially pleased this year to invite everyone to a morning beer gathering to celebrate the opening of the cultural stage in Bucentaur Park.
The Hochberghauser Tanzlmusi band and the dancers from the Starnberg Folk and Traditional Costume Association will provide entertainment and lead the dancing with polkas, waltzes, and simple folk dances—all of which young people and the young at heart can join in on right away.
In keeping with the spirit of the morning get-together—hopefully under a white-and-blue sky—the association will offer not only music and dancing but also fresh white sausages and pretzels to satisfy your appetite. Beverages will be available at the Kulturcafé Ganz am Ufer.
The City of Starnberg, the Hochberghauser Tanzlmusi, and the Starnberg Local History and Folk Costume Association look forward to a cheerful morning filled with Bavarian warmth in the beautiful surroundings of Starnberg, with many fun-loving, carefree visitors.
An event organized by the City of Starnberg in cooperation with the Starnberg Local History and Traditional Costume Association (Heimat- und Volkstrachtenverein Starnberg e.V.).
In case of inclement weather, the event will take place at the Trachtenheim, Hans-Zellner-Weg 10.
Cultural Stage
Small but mighty! The Kulturbühne in Bucentaur Park primarily supports newcomers and experimental artists from the cabaret and jazz scenes. In a relaxed atmosphere, the audience can enjoy musical surprises and discover exciting artists while enjoying drinks and good food.
Free admission to the concerts.
The outdoor café—the “Bucentaur Kulturcafé”—treats visitors to a wide selection of hot and cold delicacies during opening hours.
