An animal picture book adventure for children aged 3 and over: Timme the chicken and his best friend Max the mole compete in seesawing and Baldrian the carp is the referee. But Baldrian has only just counted to five when the fish suddenly wriggles on the barn roof and struggles for water to breathe. A clear case for Das Katzenhuhn! Bernhard Hoëcker and Eva von Mühlenfels tell the hilarious and warm-hearted story of the young chicken Timme, who has so much more to him than just a little chicken heart. For everyone who wants to have fun and laugh - and who sometimes needs a little push to dare to do so!
