In the organizer's words:

Lex Eazy & The Mambo Club formed in Düsseldorf in 2002 to bring the legacy of vibraphonist Cal Tjader (1925-1982) to the stage. With their cha cha chas, bossas, mambos and sambas, they transport the audience to the New York jazz clubs of the 50s and 60s. After their success with the dance hit BREAKAWAY, the band is now devoting itself to music from TV series of the 70s and 80s.
