In the organizer's words:

Would you like to make your favorite mug?

You will make a cup using the hand-built slab technique. We will explain the technique, how to attach handles and give you useful tips on pottery. We have templates and examples of cups on site for inspiration. You can choose between white or beige clay with brown speckles. The cup will be baked and glazed by us with one of our studio glazes of your choice. It is then fired a second time and is ready for collection approx. 2 weeks later. If you would like to glaze your cup yourself and make it more elaborate, you can book a glazing appointment (costs 30€) in our open workshop on Thursday evenings, which you can also decide spontaneously during the workshop.

You don't need any previous experience for this pottery workshop - but short fingernails are clearly an advantage.

All costs for materials and two firings are already included in the price.
