With her Lisa Batiashvili Foundation, the Georgian violinist wants to give something back to the young talents of her home country. Together with three scholarship holders, including the composition prodigy Tsotne Zedginidze, she will perform a chamber music residency finale. The up-and-coming artists and their mentor will be performing rarities such as an early piano trio by Mendelssohn and music by Josef Bardanashvili - as well as perennial favorites such as Piazzolla's Le Grand Tango.
