The adventures of Matt Farley, a music producer and comedian, who spends several weeks preparing for an important comedy show.

LOCAL LEGENDS is a staged documentary by and with Matt Farley. He has been making unique films for over 20 years, which he releases through the Motern Media label. Each film is self-financed, there is no promotional budget and the cast and crew are made up of family and friends. The question inevitably arises: where does the motivation come from to dedicate oneself to elaborate films that are not monetarily worthwhile and are hardly noticed by the public?

LOCAL LEGENDS is described as an ideal introduction to the world of Matt Farley and is praised by the few existing reviews. Above all, LOCAL LEGENDS shows how great films can be made despite limited resources, but with all the more passion.
