ritual: Luise Volkmann & Rites de passage

Luise Volkmann's "Rites de passage" is music of resistance and transition. It counters the life we have settled into with a utopian space that has yet to be experienced. The musical transformations are based on the concept of ritual. Luise Volkmann sees herself as an artist with a social and political image of music. This self-image speaks through the pieces of "Rites de passage" - performatively.

Before the concert there will be a joint listening walk. Meeting point is at 19.00h in front of the entrance to the concert hall.
