Mossdrift + Katharr

Mossdrift: At times, these newcomers' sound is reminiscent of the
late ’60s, yet at the same time also to modern, playful genres—genres
personal musical experiences—genres
ranging from psychedelic, alternative, and bluesy stoner rock.
The unique style of these three young men is constantly evolving;
nothing stands still.

Katharr is a duo from Munich, consisting of drummer Severin Rauch and Dohlisten Tom Zimmer. The Dohle is a hybrid of a percussion and string instrument and is played through an amp. Together with the drums, it creates an organic connection that is not disrupted by any computer. Beat after beat, a penetrating rhythm emerges from a sonic, echoing jumble, putting the listener into a trance-like state.
