The Southern Regional Qualifier for the 2026 German Science Slam Championship will take place on October 7 at the Kammerspiele in Munich!

Entertaining—vivid—creative, and accessible to everyone

Laugh until you cry, finally understand the incomprehensible, and take home amazing new knowledge—all this awaits you at the Science Slam. In a relaxed setting, five up-and-coming scientists will take the big stage to show you just how exciting science can be. In a crisp ten minutes, they’ll present the latest from their research in a creative, accessible, and entertaining way. At the end, the audience decides who delivered the best presentation and becomes the Science Slam winner of the evening.
