Musikgarten is a series of concerts at the Areal Böhler, where international artists perform in a unique atmosphere. The concerts take place in Building 09 - an extraordinary location with industrial charm.
Since 2024, Musikgarten has already brought many different artists to the stage: from Dutch superstar Douwe Bob and Australian songwriting sensation Asha Jefferies to local greats such as Lina Maly and zeck. The unconventional and high-quality selection has already delighted more than 5,000 spectators.
To capture these special moments, selected concerts are accompanied by a high-quality video production and published on the festival's own social media channels.
This extraordinary concert series will continue this year. You can look forward to innovative acts from the singer-songwriter, indie pop and electro genres.
Concert tickets are deliberately priced fairly at €15 so that this unique musical experience remains accessible to as many people as possible.

Stina Holmquist has developed her own distinctive brand of indie and art pop, in which atmospheric and large-scale indie sounds are repeatedly and surprisingly interrupted by energetic moments. With her band she creates hypnotic,
almost breathless song structures in combination with impressive vocal escapades. In her songs, Stina tells stories that are deeply rooted in pop music - and yet are rarely performed so profoundly and poetically today. Stina (Holmquist is the name of her Swedish grandfather) can already look back on impressive milestones in her short but intense musical journey: 150 live concerts in three years on stage in Germany and neighboring countries (Warsaw, Zurich, Vienna) - including as a support act for the German indie greats Giant Rooks and Leoniden; renowned festival shows from the Reeperbahn to the Orange Blossom, Traumzeit and Juicy Beats festivals and most recently at the WDR Rockpalast. She is the winner of the Lalla:Labor sponsorship award, took part in the federal sponsorship program "Pop Camp" and was nominated for the PopNRW award as "Best Newcomer". In November 2025, Stina Holmquist released her second EP "If All My Hopes Find Answers" - produced by Alex Sprave (Fil Bo Riva) and Jochen Naaf (Giant Rooks). The EP will be presented on a subsequent tour in April/May 2026.
