In the organizer's words:
LIFE Hamburg shows what sustainable construction looks like—and you can discover it for yourselves. During the guided tour, you’ll experience the campus’s sustainable features firsthand: wood construction, exposed building services, smart lighting and daylighting systems, the smart building concept, rainwater management and the “sponge city” principle, as well as biodiversity on the property. And how can electricity be generated on the roof? We won’t be climbing onto the roof, but you’ll learn how it works.
