Salsa für alle Generationen. Lebensfreude in Bewegung

Dancing brings people together—and that’s exactly what this special salsa class with experienced dance instructor Ofelia Renteros is all about.

Over the course of 8 weeks, we’ll discover together the exhilarating world of Latin American rhythms—full of energy, lightness, and a zest for life.
This course is intentionally designed for all age groups: young adults, middle-aged people, and seniors are all equally welcome.

Whether as a couple or on your own—there’s a place for everyone here. No prior experience is required—just the desire to move and share the joy of dancing together.
The focus isn’t on perfection, but on dancing together as an expression of joy and connection. Participants will learn basic salsa steps, simple figures, and above all: how to move to the music, let go, and enjoy the moment.

There’s a special emphasis on multigenerational dancing: people of different age groups come together, learn from one another, and experience how dance builds bridges. Here, not only do new dance steps emerge, but valuable connections are formed as well.
