Nina Freckles writes songs like little letters to her younger self—honest, thoughtful, and always with a dash of humor. Her lyrics tell stories of growing up, of searching and finding, and of how to best cope with life sometimes: with a wink.
Musically, the German-Brazilian singer-songwriter moves between folk, soul, and pop. Inspired by artists like
Joni Mitchell or Sara Bareilles, she combines open harmonies with driving rhythms and a voice that sounds both vulnerable and strong. Where others drift into pathos, Nina remains approachable—as if she were inviting the audience right to her kitchen table, only with more groove.
