Open Dance is open to anyone who enjoys movement and wants to explore music. There are no set steps, no right or wrong. Instead, you’ll receive small prompts that get you moving—sometimes calmly, sometimes energetically, sometimes in surprising ways. It’s all about joy, creativity, and shared experiences.
