In the organizer's words:
The big crawl breaks out in the depot for the harbor walk. Come along and rummage through the Depot anthill at "Open House". We have prepared workshops, guided tours, open studios and the odd extra for you. The Shiva-Shivas will bring their record collection and provide the right soundtrack.
Parallel to Open House, we will be showing the exhibition "alles berechenbar" from the "laborARTdepot" series. The three artists Susanne Grytzka, Christiane Heetmann & Wolfgang Niehoff enter into an artistic dialog and explore the cross-references between art and mathematics.
Program
Tingle-crawl rally
Children of all ages discover the world of insects (and the depot!) in an adventurous play course. Where are the spiders hiding? How many caterpillars can you count? What's scurrying under the stones? Find out with skill and puzzle fun. As a reward for all the tasks you solve, you will receive the Crawly Crawly Pro certificate. Starting point: In the large hall, at the front right next to the entrance.
Play mouse
Not only the artists, but also the theater, the Italian Association and the Nordstadtblogger editorial team cordially invite curious visitors to get to know their work and their spaces. Without a fixed program, you can stroll through the open doors, ask questions, get into conversation and discover who and what is hidden behind the walls of the depot.

Where do these strange red spots come from, the holes in my woolly sweater, and what's moving around in the oatmeal? Whether it's an itch mite, clothes moth or cockroach: So-called vermin are also part of the insect world, and are often closer to us than some beautiful butterflies due to our shared habitat. These life forms are also celebrated here in the parasite paradise. Old scraps of fabric, wire and beads are used to create small, whimsical insect figures that can then be used as key rings, for example.
