Punk In Kassel Bash: Splif / Die Kranken Schwestern (Punkrock)

Spilf is a punk rock band from Kassel / Frankenberg that likes to throw in a dash of offbeat here and there. Always self-reflective and with a wink, they weave everyday observations and experiences into their lyrics. Formed in late 2019, Bendel and Wedel released the EP “Backware der Götter” on Bandcamp as early as March 2020, followed by the album “Duo” in April 2023. Since late 2023, the band has been complete with Basti on bass. They’re currently playing shows regularly and working on a new release.
