Rangerführung im Königsforst

Forest protection? What is that?
This year’s ranger-led tours focus on the work of rangers in urban areas and their perspective on the forest and its roles in providing resources, protection, and recreation.
On our 2-hour hike through the Königsforst, we’ll learn about the various functions and uses the forest provides for nature and people. As part of this, we’ll also introduce our work as rangers, explain why it’s so important to protect the forest, and discuss what each individual can do to help.
This event is open to anyone aged 12 and older. Due to limited space, advance registration is required.
