Take a quick breather in the middle of your workday, clear your head, and recharge: LIFE Hamburg is your new pit stop to get back on track after lunch.
Whether after a long morning at the office, working from home, or on campus—our 30-minute lunch sessions invite you to leave your daily routine behind for a moment and start the afternoon feeling refreshed.
Each session focuses on a different theme: sometimes it’s about movement, sometimes about relaxation and inner peace, and sometimes about recharging, focus, or stress management. You’ll find short, practical exercises you can use in your daily life, covering mindfulness, breathing exercises, meditation, gentle movement, and mental health.
Each lunch session follows a similar format:
Arrive & Unwind
Practical exercises and brief reflection
A thought to carry you through the rest of your workday
The content changes from week to week. Examples include:
Find Focus & Clarity – Clarity and Focus for the Afternoon
Regain Energy – New energy for body and mind
Calm Down – Let Go of Stress and Find Inner Peace
Breathe – Regulate your nervous system through mindful breathing
You can attend individual sessions or make RECHARGE@LIF a regular part of your weekly routine.
Who is this program for?
Lunch Break is for anyone who wants to treat themselves to a mindful break in the middle of the day—whether you’re an employee, self-employed, a neighbor, a parent, working from home, or simply looking for a boost of energy for the afternoon.
No prior experience, mats, or workout clothes are required—just come as you are.
