Run of Colours

In the organizer's words:

Being active in sports and doing something good at the same time - that's what the "Run of Colors" in aid of Aidshilfe Köln is all about on September 21. The route leads through the Rheinauhafen and along the Rhine, either over 5, 10 or 15 kilometers.

In addition to the 15 km relay distance, participants can again choose between the 5 km and 10 km routes in the Rheinauhafen. The 5 km run is open to walkers and will be held as an inclusive run. There will also be a relay classification again this year. Those who cannot be there on September 21, 2024 will once again have the chance to support the run virtually.

Schools and companies are in demand

Companies that want to set an example for unprejudiced coexistence and are committed to a diverse and colorful society are particularly welcome. However, pupils from schools in the Cologne administrative district are also cordially invited.

The entry fee for the relay is 50 euros. Registration for individual runners costs 19.50 euros. There are special rates for groups: With 20 starters, the starting place costs 18 euros per person and from 50 starters 15 euros. For schools, a starting place costs 12 euros if registered via the school.

The run is open to everyone. As a so-called charity runner, you collect donations of at least 25 euros in advance, then you start free of charge. The runners use their sporting ambition to promote more solidarity with people with HIV and Aids.
