Our Friday Dance Lab takes place (almost) every Friday in Cologne!

• 20:00-21:00 Workshop
• 21:00-22:00 Practice Hour (=free dancing)

▶️ Fri 05.06.2026 Workshop: How to dance ChaChaCha with Nina! We start with an introduction and then learn a cool Shine combination with style! No previous ChaChaCha knowledge necessary (previous Salsa knowledge desired ;)). No partner necessary, we dance solo. 21-22 h Salsa Practice Hour

▶️ Fri 12.06.2026 Bachata Solo Workshop with Nina: We learn a cool Bachata step combination with style! Level: from beginner with previous Bachata knowledge. No partner required, we dance solo. 21-22 h Bachata Practice Hour

▶️ Fri 19.06.2026 Cuban Motion Workshop with Sebastian (Open Level): How do I move my hips? What does the upper body do? We learn and deepen the body movement typical for Salsa (&Bachata), with which we can shine on the dance floor. No partner is necessary for participation, we dance solo. 21-22 Salsa Practice Hour

▶️ Fri 26.06.2026 Dominican Bachata Workshop (partnerwork) with Dirk! We learn a cool, groovy figure. Level: From beginner with (general) Bachata knowledge. Partner not mandatory, we rotate (not a must). 21-22 h Bachata Practice Hour

▶️ Fri 03.07.2026 Salsa Partnerwork Workshop with Sebastian: We learn a flowing figure that is easy to dance on socials. Level 2-3. No partner required, we rotate (not a must for those who come in pairs). 9-10 p.m. Salsa Practice Hour
