Prick up your ears and get your brain ready—it’s Science Slam time again!

Boring lecture notes and mountains of statistics? Not a chance! A lecture hall atmosphere? No, thanks! In a relaxed setting, up-and-coming scientists convince their audience just how exciting science can be. Creative, entertaining, amusing, and—above all—understandable to everyone, the scientists present—in just ten minutes—the work they’ve been researching, in some cases for years.

The slammers decide for themselves how they want to present their research. There are virtually no limits. Whether it’s a rap or a poem, sitting cross-legged or with a dance routine: anything goes. In the end, it’s not a jury but the audience that decides who delivered the best presentation. So: Applause, applause, and let the Science Slam begin!
