The stars still shine above Cologne's urban area - but noticeably less than in areas where the stars listed in star charts or planetarium programs can still be put together to form complete constellations. It is not at all easy to accept today's circumstances without doing anything in accordance with Article 1 of the Cologne Basic Law "Et es, wie et es". Major Tom has therefore taken the stars still visible in Cologne and - without the necessary seriousness - formed them into new Cologne constellations.
