In the organizer's words:

We go in search of clues: the lives of committed people as well as architecture, art and documents become "stops" on a journey through time from the 18th century to the present day. From the Amerika-Gedenkbibliothek, we will explore the past and present around Hallesches Tor and Mehringplatz through stories and discussions.

Reception with books, pictures and discussions from 11.30 am in the foyer of the Amerika-Gedenkbibliothek, Blücherplatz 1, 10961 Berlin.
Start of the city tour at 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm.
