In the organizer's words:
Surrounded by the mammoth trees, giant arborvitae, and maple trees of the Forest Botanical Garden, I invite you to join me for a regular retreat on three different dates. Each session will feature targeted exercises and guidance on the broad spectrum of mindfulness, which you can practice on your own during the week in between. The course series places a strong emphasis on self-discovery to help you find out what truly benefits you. We’ll spend time in silence and solitude, and there will be exercises in pairs or in a group. During reflection and feedback sessions, we’ll share our experiences with one another. No prior knowledge or experience is required to participate; it’s great if you come with an open mind toward the group and the process.
Here’s what you can look forward to:
You’ll feel noticeably calmer and more at ease.
You’ll be in a safe space where thoughts and feelings are welcome.
You’ll receive ideas and mini-exercises to take home, for more moments of mindfulness in your stressful daily life.
This course is for all women who want to take regular time out and recharge their energy.
Our certified instructor for forest bathing and mindfulness is looking forward to welcoming you.
Good to know:
The session will be canceled in case of heavy rain or severe weather.
Please wear appropriate clothing for the weather and bring a seat cushion and something to drink.
The route is short—1–2 km—and entirely on flat ground.
The course will take place at the Forest Botanical Garden in Rodenkirchen.

A total of 3 sessions, each on Fridays from 10:00 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
