THE SONIC BOOM FOUNDATION Teil 2

On May 8, 2006, The Sonic Boom Foundation played their first live show at Conne Island. The next few years were turbulent; a craze called NEW RAVE was on everyone’s lips, and TSBF was right in the thick of it: one success followed another.
Years later, the musical trend moved on; the sound of the times changed, became commercial, and the band didn’t want to go along with that… they experimented with guitars and different lineups, and things gradually quieted down around the band.But now, after 20 years and following a sold-out warm-up party at the Absturz in late 2025, the message is:

IT’S BEEN A WHILE
WE’RE BACK IN STYLE!

And above all, we don’t want to forget the glorious, historically unique technical disaster at our concert on June 19, 2026. The equipment is still in Italy with the doctor, and we now have a second one—and we think that, of course, nothing will go wrong here for the next 40 years, unless we only had one piece of equipment ;)

Well then: NOT WITH US!

We can use the extended set time to finally present our album JUKEBOX, which has undeniably turned out to be magnificent. Otherwise, we’ll be going all out as planned, and if we’re lucky, it won’t be too brutally hot. See you there!
