TODESKOMMANDO ATOMSTURM

"Endlich Zukunft" is the title of TODESKOMMANDO ATOMSTURM 's last release and what sounds like an announcement, like the beginning of the end, is now becoming reality: the band announces its break-up. After almost 300 concerts and what feels like 1000 times as many highway kilometers, TODESKOMMANDO ATOMSTURM want to show once again that they not only know about the German road network, but also about German-language punk. Or of what the world thought it was almost 16 years ago. Fact! It will be 5685 days since one of the busiest bands from the Munich DIY scene first saw the light of day. The path of the 5 former youngsters is paved with 4 releases, 3 bassists and the countless empties equivalent to their parents' VW van, which they were thankfully allowed to wreck over the years. During their infectiously exuberant shows, their songs mill their way through the auditory canal with melody and heaviness, anger and message, leaving the repeat button snapping in the mass of thoughts behind it. Sometimes rock, sometimes pop and sometimes a little harder, but in the end always simply punk - the way it should be. Or how it should have been back then. As the undisputed favorites of the in-laws, they turn every seating arrangement into a roller coaster.

THEA WOOFER

THEA WOOFER is a rap combo from Freiburg and Constance. Their German-language lyrics are statements against fascism and sexism and often not entirely free of self-irony. The beats occasionally hint that the band's early musical education is also rooted in punk. (Source: Organizer)
