In the 90-minute live program "Tohuwabohu" Mave O'Rick presents together with his drummer Lars Müller the twelve songs of his German pop album of the same name and connects them through cabaret sequences to an orderly mess.
The mixture of light-hearted live concert, humor but also thoughtful moments lets the audience dive into the world of the passionate Neustadt musicians and artists and at the same time shows the audience the big topics of their own life with all its ups and downs. The concept of live singing and satirical comedy, emotional moments as well as interactions with the audience, turns many previous conventions of entertainment upside down, especially since the live program is supported by specially produced clips from beginning to end videovisually.

Mave O'Rick and Lars Müller create the hullabaloo primarily in the minds of their audience and send the audience on a 90-minute journey through time - to the darkest chapters of German history, through the upheaval of the exciting era of German democracy in the 1990s, back to the Cold War of two German states, and finally to the nostalgia of the Golden 1920s.
