Two Queens - Maria und Elisabeth

In the organizer's words:

London Westminster Abbey. Elizabeth I, Queen of England, is buried in the left aisle of the venerable church. Her adversary Mary Stuart, Queen of Scots, lies in the right-hand aisle. They were bitter enemies throughout their lives. United in death, only a few steps separate them.
Now their spirits awaken and engage in a post-mortem duel from which neither can emerge victorious.

The Metropol Theater presents the story of the queens Mary and Elizabeth as an atmospheric chamber play with opulent costumes and musical accompaniment.
