UDOPIA - A Tribute to Udo Lindenberg - 2. Tribute Festival Mönchengladbach 2026
In the organizer's words:
Wuppertal singer René Oschmann has been an avid fan of German superstar Udo Lindenberg for many years. He has been impersonating Panik Udo on stages in the Colorful Republic of Germany since 2012. He has christened the project UDOPIA, with which he has been paying homage to his musical idol since 2016. UDOPIA is a grandiose show: the full program of the best songs of the singing nightingale Udo Lindenberg.
The UDOPIA project was founded back in 2015 and celebrated a roaring premiere at the Wuppertal charity festival WUPPERTAL HILFT! 2016 and celebrated a roaring premiere. The more than 3,000 fans were so enthusiastic that René Oschmann & Co were clear:
We'll carry on: to the end of the world.
