Vernissage "Tier-Freundschaften"

Children from the Farbenmeer Art Center in Bremen, the BG Reutte in Tyrol, and the German Art School in Bogura (Bangladesh) explore the theme of cross-species friendships in their artwork. Inspired by observations of the animal world, the young artists demonstrate that friendship, trust, and solidarity need not know any boundaries—neither between animal species nor between people of different cultures and nations.
The result is a collection of vibrant, imaginative, and empathetic works that, with great openness and creativity, tell stories of closeness, compassion, and peaceful coexistence. Some pieces are poetic and serene, while others are humorous and lively—together, they convey a message of hope in a time of social tension.
This extraordinary art project was created through the collaboration of artists Neeharika Donau Hossain, Daniela Eneidi Pahle, and Jinat Rehena. Their cross-border collaboration impressively demonstrates the creative and human potential that international art projects can unleash.

The exhibition will be on view at the café through September 24.
