In the organizer's words:
The slopes of Giesinger Berg are barely visible on the city map, but they serve as an important refuge for numerous animal species. In the third installment ofthe “Hiding Places”series, HörSalon explores hidden soundscapes, rustling ecological niches, and non-human presences in urban spaces.
The walk focuses attention on the wilderness in the heart of the city, hidden soundscapes, and the relationship between humans and animals—themes that are also explored in Quindell Orton’s performance*Making of an Animal*. The event concludes with a group visit to the performance at HochX. Tickets for the performance must be purchased separately.
