Ye Vagabonds

The Mac Gloinn brothers - Brian and Diarmuid - first performed together as buskers and have since evolved into a powerful collective - a sonically unique ensemble consisting of layered acoustic and electric guitars, trumpet, double bass, Moog synthesizer, harmonium, bouzouki, violin and the brothers' harmonic vocals with their versatile, distinctive voices.

They have been described as "at the forefront of a new wave of Irish folk music" and have won Best Track, Best Album and Best Folk Group at the RTE Radio 1 Folk Awards.

Their eagerly awaited new studio album All Tied Together was recorded mostly live in an old house in Galway - under the direction of renowned producer Phil Weinrobe (Big Thief, Adrienne Lenker) - and will be released in January 2026 on Rough Trade / River Lea.
