Start the day relaxed - with yoga, matcha & bowl before the center opens.
Start the day actively together: 45 minutes of yoga in a relaxed atmosphere await you at the Yoga Morning Flow in the Köln Arcaden - even before the center opens its doors. Afterwards, we invite you to join us for breakfast with matcha and a bowl.
Whether you are a yoga beginner or already experienced - everyone is welcome.
Participation is free, places are limited.

Matcha & Bowl afterwards

Please bring comfortable clothes. Yoga mats will be provided on site. We look forward to a relaxed start to the day with you.
