Yoga und Kreativität

In the organizer's words:

This workshop invites you to get to know the connection between yoga and creativity. In a lovingly designed 3.5-hour workshop, we create a space in which you can open up, follow your impulses and express your inner voice.

Gentle yoga sequences, essential oils and intuitive creative exercises will open you up to new impulses and forms of expression. You don't need any previous knowledge - just an openness to movement, exchange and creative experience.

Together we will explore how movement and creative expression nourish each other.

If you feel like interweaving body, mind and creativity, then this workshop is the place for you. (Snacks and drinks will be provided for you.)
