Yoga with a view over the Rhine, in a charming old ferry house on the outskirts of Cologne.

The ShaktiNest is for people who are looking for more than an ordinary fitness or yoga studio. Here we practice traditional Hatha Yoga, inspired by the teachings I was able to soak up during my 2 year journey. A practice that combines body, breath, meditation and inner development.

While nature passes by outside and the Rhine flows, the FayNest creates a space to arrive, recharge and connect. We appreciate the family atmosphere, the young, open-minded people and the feeling of being part of a growing community that makes yoga tangible beyond the mat.

It's not about performance or perfect poses. It's about becoming more aware of yourself again, building up strength, finding peace and giving yourself time for yourself.
