When was the last time you did nothing for 75 minutes - except be?

Tucked away in a charming old ferry house right on the Rhine is the ShaktiNest: a place where time flows a little slower. While the water passes by outside, you can arrive inside, let go and let yourself be carried away by the sounds of Tibetan singing bowls.

This sound healing group session is an invitation to escape the constant activity for a moment and give your nervous system a real break. You lie relaxed on your mat while the subtle vibrations and harmonious sounds create a space for deep rest and regeneration.

Many participants experience sound healing as a journey inwards - a state between wakefulness and relaxation in which thoughts become quieter and the body is allowed to let go.
