Zusammen Wirken | Erfahrungsraum-Workshopreihe 16./17.07.2026

In the organizer's words:

Two days workshop with just one ticket!

Collaboration is more than coordination and structure

Initiatives, organizations and teams, as well as individuals, can reorganize themselves or recharge their batteries, guided by experienced facilitators. As the foundation of a new initiative or alliance, or as a team retreat.

What happens here

You are not bombarded head-on. You gain experience. Because we are always running on two tracks at the same time during the entire workshop:

  • Systemic interaction, management methods and tools
  • Work culture, collaboration and communication

Procedure: Working groups develop a specific project in sprints with final presentations to the whole group. At the same time, the workshop uses best practices, reflection and feedback spaces to make dynamics in collaboration visible, discussable - and thus changeable. The facilitators (see below for information) always have "how to's" ready for both tracks, which are only presented at the moment: Then, when a concrete need becomes clear in the project / with the participants. This is why there is no "agenda" in advance.

Contents

Here is a selection of the instructions for use that are presented as required - always for direct application and trial and error:

  • Management, e.g.: Scope, vision+purpose, costs+resources, team+partners, target group/personas, knowledge transfer, financing
  • Work culture, e.g: Fundamentals of communication, non-violent communication, effective meetings, psychological safety and error culture, leading groups effectively and shaping group processes, self-reflection and reflection in teams

What are sprints? Who are the others? Who is the target group?

  • Sprints are short, concentrated work phases in which the working groups implement the instructions directly. Simulating reality, a project becomes reality.
  • You bring along fellow campaigners - or you find them with us, because contact is automatic with BottomUp.
  • Everyone who works for the common good or is interested in working for the common good is welcome. Participation is free of charge.

Bring along / conditions of participation

  • a project that you want to implement together (e.g. an initiative, a funding application or the new website) or
  • a question in the area of "work culture, collaboration, communication" (e.g. why do I only have flow when I feel undisturbed by others and the complexity out there? Or: Why do we so rarely achieve real results in our meetings?)
  • Commitment for two days
  • zero euros participation fee plus the opportunity to build on what has already been developed in follow-up workshops free of charge
