Soho Stage

Since its opening in 2013, the Soho Stage in Augsburg has been an institution for events of all kinds. In addition to club evenings, it offers space for artists of all genres, from concerts, comedy and theater to readings and political events. It creates a stage for artists who are not yet ready for the big stages in the area - a springboard for up-and-coming talent. For example, there is the Soho Songslam, a competition for singer-songwriters in which young talents compete against each other for the golden dragon. The other selection of concerts at Soho is also diverse and colorful: there is hardly a genre that is not covered.

We are proud to have given many nationally and internationally renowned artists a stage. Here is a small excerpt from our 10-year concert history: Faber, Leoniden, Milliarden, Fortuna Ehrenfeld, Mighty Oakes, Jesper Munk, Mayberg, Akne Kid Joe, Little Big, Itchy (Poopzkid), Kytes, Fil Bo Riva, Telquist, Klangphonics, Nils Frevert, Blond, Tristan Brusch, L'Aupaire, B-Tight, das Lumpenpack and many more.

Due to its outstanding pop-cultural work, the Soho Stage was awarded the Augsburg Pop Prize 'Roy' as Club of the Year by the city of Augsburg in 2016. The Soho Stage makes a major contribution to Augsburg's pop culture. It is a venue for everyone, but it is especially a stage for small artists who would otherwise hardly be offered a stage in Augsburg. It is our task and passion to give these talents a home.
