Menstruation Discussion Group, Open Discussion on the Menstrual Cycle 

💡Olina (she/her) is an osteopath with specialized knowledge of hormones. She invites you to an open discussion space focused on menstruation and the menstrual cycle. A place where we can talk about our bodies and menstruation. For everyone who menstruates, up to age 35.

The session will begin with a brief talk by Olina on a topic related to the menstrual cycle, the body, and hormones. Afterward, there will be time for discussion, questions, sharing experiences, or simply listening. Olina will lead the group and facilitate the discussion to create a mindful space. 

It’s important to her to create as safe a space as possible. That means:
