In this class, you’ll get moving and engage in a holistic workout with a varied selection of exercises. Endurance, strength training, stretching, and a relaxation session at the end of each session are the key elements of this program. This will help you develop optimal posture, a strong pelvic floor, and the energy and composure you need for everyday life.
You can join at any time, even late in the course, for a pro-rated fee!
A total of 13 sessions, everyTuesday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
