In the organizer's words:
Exercise is fun! Children can let off steam in various play areas and with a variety of active games. There are also finger plays for the calmer parts of the active session. As parents, you’ll get ideas and examples of how you can support and encourage (or even limit) your children’s natural urge to move at home using simple resources. Groups are organized by age!
Please bring non-slip socks!
