Biggi Wanninger also knows how to captivate audiences as a solo performer with her infectious enthusiasm and self-deprecating humor. Sharp, funny, intelligent. Whether she’s playing Trude Herr and pondering sexism in heaven or grappling with her own future: “Will my pension be enough? Or will I have to share my dentures?”—she never falls into the trap of overdoing it. With her comedic timing and impressive singing voice, she presents an evening featuring rapid shifts between cabaret, comedy, and music.
