DARK SUNS
A band rises from silence. After a long break and a period of retreat, the Leipzig-based progressive soul-catcher band is awakening and announcing an exclusive concert for
an exclusive concert on 12.04.2024.
The inside must come out, happiness needs pain and destruction to allow true beauty to blossom. Time is an illusion. Dark Suns are masters at exploring the unknown self and transforming it into captivating sounds. Their style is multifaceted, fusing prog rock with dark metal and avant-garde set pieces and inviting self-reflection and soul-searching through melancholic hooklines. Founded at the end of '97, the band quickly became an insider tip in the scene, produced 6 studio albums, toured Europe and continued to develop, constantly redefining the boundaries of their music. The essence of their work finally shines live again and this concert will be the prelude to new gigs and an upcoming new album.

WELCOME INSIDE THE BRAIN
The Leipzig-based psychedelic prog band Welcome Inside The Brain was founded in 2015 and quickly gained a very good reputation in the scene and beyond. Rock Hard Magazine had this to say about the band: "Fans of retro rock should definitely pay attention. WITB is clearly among the best in the genre in recent times."(Rock Hard 2019/09)
The band has completely reorganized itself during the pandemic and was in the studio in early 2022 to record its third album, which is due to be released next year. The previous album "Queen Of The Day Flies" (Tonzonen Records) was nominated by the German Pop Academy as one of three albums for "Best Progressive Album 2019" . The boys' first album (Celebrate The Depression/2017 Nasoni Records) also caused quite a stir internationally and was discussed and praised on many radio stations from Canada, the USA and the UK to Deutschlandfunk Kultur. The band has already played support shows for Banned from Utopia (Frank Zappa's original band) and Birth Control, as well as classic festival slots at Burg Herzberg, Fusion, Aquamaria, Magnificient Music Festival etc.
