DELFI® Qualifizierung zur Kursleitung im 1. Lebensjahr

Target audience: Women and men who have completed training in education, psychology, or a related field, or who have an interest in education, and who wish to lead DELFI® courses at a family education center.

DELFI® (Thinking, Developing, Loving, Feeling, Individually) is a concept developed by the Federal Association of Protestant Family Education Centers.
It is a course program for parents with children in their first year of life. Based on the uniqueness of every person and an attitude of appreciation, parents are encouraged to support their children’s development and build a strong bond with them. Interaction and exchange with other parents in the group help build networks for mutual support. The trained course facilitator supports the parents through guidance, facilitation, and information.
This training program consists of teaching theoretical background knowledge combined with practical application. The self-awareness processes initiated during the program heighten perception, which in turn fosters the development of a competent and reflective teaching style.

After this 9-month training program, you will be able to support parents and their babies in developing their skills, offer them new ideas, and provide guidance during this phase of life.

This training program consists of a total of 16 sessions, held every Thursday from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
