Hybridkurs - Vinyasa Yoga (für alle Level geeignet)
In the organizer's words:
In this class, you can expect powerful and energetic Vinyasa flows that focus on the connection between movement and breath. We’ll flow sometimes quickly and sometimes slowly, allowing you to turn your attention inward. Pranayama (breathing exercises), short meditations, and a long Shavasana (final relaxation) are part of every class. Practicing yoga together means creating a safe space where everyone feels comfortable.
A total of 14 sessions, every Thursday from 8:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
This is a hybrid course. You can participate in person or online.
