Digitaler Stress: Was Unternehmen tun können
In the organizer's words:
Digital stress and AI, constant availability, and the rapid pace of change characterize the daily work lives of many employees. For scale-ups and SMEs in particular, the question arises of how to identify, assess, and reduce excessive psychological stress in the workplace at an early stage. After all, healthy and productive work design, good leadership, and prevention are becoming increasingly intertwined in many companies.
In this interactive online workshop, participants will first receive a concise overview using just a few slides. This presentation will clearly outline key stressors, their typical effects on health, collaboration, and performance, as well as relevant data and statistics.
A particular focus is placed on the mental stress risk assessment as a practical tool that companies can use to systematically identify risks and derive and implement appropriate measures—and which is also a legal obligation for every employer. An optional engagement analysis or burnout risk screening provides additional insights.
This is followed by a brief round of introductions, after which there will be time for questions, discussion, and sharing experiences. The goal of the workshop is to raise awareness of the topic, provide guidance, and highlight concrete approaches for prevention, leadership, and the creation of healthy and productive work environments.
The focus is on the question of what companies can do in practical terms to avoid health risks posed by digital stress and psychological strain—and how they can strengthen the mental health and performance of their managers and employees through good working and organizational conditions.
