Want to wind down the workweek in a relaxed way, recharge your batteries, and take a moment to breathe deeply and mindfully?
In a relaxed atmosphere, we combine movement, breathing, and mindfulness to create a soothing break from everyday life. No pressure to perform—just more ease, flexibility, and a great feeling to kick off your weekend.
No prior experience is necessary—both yoga beginners and those with some experience are welcome.
Yoga mats are provided by LIFE HAMBURG. Just drop by, bring comfortable clothes, and join in.
Who is this yoga class for?
This class is for anyone who wants to consciously leave the stresses of everyday life behind after a hectic week.
What to Expect
In this 60-minute yoga session, we combine flowing movements, gentle strengthening, stretching, and mindful breathing. The focus is on mobilizing the body, releasing tension, recharging your energy, and allowing your mind to find peace at the same time.
What to expect:
varied yoga flows with strength and stretching elements
flowing movements in harmony with your breath
exercises for greater flexibility, stability, and body awareness
Moments of mindful presence and deep breathing
a relaxing closing phase to let go and recharge
After the session, you’ll feel physically energized, mentally lighter, and ready for a relaxed start to the weekend. Regular practice can help you:

Inga Johannsen is a yoga instructor who focuses on mindful movement, relaxation, and health promotion for everyday life. In her classes, she creates an open and supportive space where everyone can practice at their own pace.
